[WSIS CS-Plenary] Practical & Procedural Problems at IGF.

A wonderfull prouve that everything is done for the
exclusion of Civile society. The multipartnariat is
nothing but only a manner to give legitamacy for the
private sector to deal with states and UN system....
Franicis cela constitue une nouvelle preuve que la
société civile ne peut pas jouer dans la cour des
grands. C'est un alibi pour légitimer le role
d'interlocuteur du secteur privé dans les négiciations
avec les états et l'ONU et une fois encore cela prouve
le peu de chance de succès d'un multipartenariat
équilibré.
