Dear All

Greetings

Thanks for you kind attention and kind letter

It is time .No malice to any body . We must realize there are specialist who
have experiences from the both world .They are the greatest resource. They
can help . Hand picked people are not the broadest representation. it
is limited
representation. Let us forget favorites. Let us cooperate and give every
body an opportunity. They all have same rights as any NGO. All member
NGOs make UN NGOs. Just 45 faces seen from one community every where don't
represent the whole world. My obligation was to bring to the attention of
every body. I have done my job. This is land of opportunity for every body.
Please give equal opportunity to every body other wise you are violating
the constitution. How you are going to teach or bring change.

There were initially approximately 55 members who totally applied as
candidate. I was promised to be considered next but some favorite was
picked. I was discriminated I and some others suggested to have all of them
to work in team work. This suggestion was also rejected. I have all the
proof.. We failed to even consider all.

As a result what happened. We did hurt peoples feelings many of then
stopped attending many meetings. Let us create an environment to welcome
them all back. World has many conflicts let us not make NGO conflicts. I
even received white washed notices and brought to the attention .
H.Ecorrected the situation.. It is my obligation to
bring to the attention so correct course may be taken

I am thankful To H.E Sarbuland Khan and other excellencies to see things
to be put in right prospective.

Thanking you in anticipation to all . Please don't come to defend your
action . Thanks a million to every body.

Dr Malik Khan
