Hi Francis,

As with the May panel, it seems the GAID/CSTD leadership just tossed it
together quickly as a parallel to other events already scheduled.  No notice
was circulated even on the list for the GAID panel of advisors, strategy
council, etc.  I raised the short timing and thin CS participation with
GAID's leadership, but it would help to have the message reinforced should
you or anyone else care to write to them.
