[WSIS CS-Plenary] APC statement to CSTD on 23 May

Hallo everyone

Attached is the statement read by APC at the 
CSTD session on Wednesday, 23 May.

We presented after two very good inputs from 
IT for Change and CONGO.

One question to CONGO.. I think there were 
NGOs there that are not part of the WSIS 
plenary, but that are familiar with being NGO 
participants in the CSTD process.

Should we not invite them to join this space?  
Would there be any value in talking with them?  
They might have influence with their national 
delegations.
