I fully concur with you
There are two questions at stake there :
  1/  *Internet Neutrality *is under attack in the US
  2/  *Privacy. * 
In order to stop the P2P Bittorent, the technique ( I read a technical 
article about it,
 some weeks ago ) involve replacing your own answer to the tracker,
 by a* forged answer *telling that you are quitting the swarm.

This is quite unbelievable...  first interception of your answer, and 
then replacing
 a yes for a no.

Internet Neutrality is also under further attack in the US

What can be seen that, under the pressure of different illegitimate 
commercial
or industrial lobbies, freedom
