Making the Connection—Scaling Telecenters for Development   Microsoft has joined with esteemed industry partners Academy for Education Development (AED) and telecentre.org to co author a book titled Making the Connection: Scaling Telecenters for Development. The book is focused on providing loosely defined frameworks, best practices, and case studies to guide sustainable and scalable approaches to telecenter development. This book aims to organize the thought and discussion that has accompanied the telecenter movement. It includes successes and failures as well as a specific focus on critical factors needed for sustainability.
