Dear all

May I suggest you do not reply to this mail. A person with the same e-mail 
address was accused of visa fraud and falsification of diplomas by the 
police of Chandigarh some time ago. The address usually refers to the GGS 
Institute of Information Communication Technology in India. They register 
everywhere in the world for conferences and meetings under different names 
with the hope of getting invitations (and visas, of course).
