National Planning Workshop for Rural Communication Services (RCS) 
in Bangladesh 

The Agriculture Information Service (AIS), Ministry of Agriculture is implementing Enhancing Rural Communication Services for Agricultural Development through Community Rural Radio Project (TCP/BGD/3205) with the financial & technical assistance from the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO).

Under this project a National Planning Workshop for Rural Communication Services (RCS) in Bangladesh will be held during 5-7 April, 2011 at the Auditorium, Level # 03, IDB Bhaban, Agargaon, Dhaka.

Mr. C Q K Mustaq Ahmed, Secretary, Ministry of Agriculture has kindly consented to be present on 5 April 2011 at 10.00 am in the inaugural ceremony as chief guest. Mr. Nazrul Islam Khan, Private Secretary to the Prime Minister & National Project Director, A2I and Mr. A Z M Shafiqul Alam, Rector, BPATC, Savar, Dhaka would be present at this occasion as special guest. Dr. Wais Kabir, Executive Chairman, Bangladesh Agricultural Research Council (BARC) will chair over the session.
