Dear Bazlur Rahman and all
Community Radio is a paramount topic that is not given the place it deserves in the WSIS process (broadband is much more "sexy" :-)) ).
It should therefore be interesting to repeat this workdshop during the WSIS Forum 2012, or at least bring some substance from its debates and contributions to a special session on this topic, to be held under the auspices of Unesco if possible. it would be of highest interest for the WSIS CS to invite the African Community radio activists to participate actively in such a session and to exchange mutually knowledge and practices .
I wish the workshop to be successful and fruitful for the benefit of all the rural populations living in DCs.
best regards
Jean-Louis Fullsack
