Special issue: A Bangladesh-centered issue 
Volume 38 Number 4/October-December 2011

Media Asia is pleased to announce a paper call for a special issue dedicated to Bangladesh to explore new developments, core issues, and address the challenges and opportunities in the communication sector. Themed 'Communication in Bangladesh: Challenges and Opportunities in the Modern Society', this special issue calls for papers on topics related to different aspects in the communication and media sectors facing Bangladesh in the modern world. Comparative studies between Bangladesh and Western countries or between and among Asian countries are also desirable. 

Submission deadline: 3 June 2011
Submission guidelines: Available on 'Guidelines for Contributors'.
