[Pal-dc] Seeking your help - how libraries help girls & women with technology access & skills

A number of our EIFL-PLIP Innovation Services work with young people -
including girls. To help you, I'd need to know what you mean by 'safe
access' to gain ICT skills. What are the safety/security issues you are
addressing.
