Just noticed this:

It will be closed on Saturday? That means there will be no reporting
possible. 
On Friday also: Cybercafe closed after 18:00, while the sessions are
scheduled until 24:00.
This is a big joke, I think, and also the delegates won't like it. 

Can we use the ITU cybercafe instead? Or is there any other opportunity
around the Palais?
