[WSIS CS-Plenary] additional room and connectivity

Hi all,

I'm jumping in only now in the various discussions on this list.
Yesterday, a meeting was arranged for French civil society by our 
ministry of foreign affairs. They have arranged more space *reserved 
for civil society* in the building of the ministry of economy, which is 
located Avenue de Ségur, very close to Unesco (adress and access 
directions below).

At this place, we will have available :

1/ A room accomodating 30 people (salle 7101) on July 15th and 16th
2/ (not for sure) a larger room to accomodate SC plenary participants
3/ WiFi connectivity
