Dear All,
We (RENAM) propose to include at the end of
the section: "Literacy, Education, and Research"
next statement:
[National Research and Education Networks (NRENs) should become
"backbones" for nation-wide promotion and distribution of science and
education information covering all categories of inhabitants.
They must be supported by governments under continuous
programs of creating and maintaining research and education
resources and services.]
Best regards,
Dr.Veaceslav SIDORENCO
