Dear Dr Sidorenco

I'd just suggest that these networks also commit themselves in the inclusion
and support of DCs Education networks (as far as there are or will be in a
foreseeble future) and Institutions such as Universities, highschools and
specially technical (Engineer) schools. Why not stress particularly those
institutions petraining to the ICT sector ?
This would be a positive act of solidarity between the North and the South
(between "haves" and "have nots")
