[WSIS CS-Plenary] re :ICANN governance

Hi all,

Just a few words to tell you that I don't really understand why some of you seem to be affraid of the risk of a kind of "take over" by governements on ICANN whereas it's already in the hands on only ONE of them, United States of America (of course in tandem with the multinationals). So, could they explain me why it would be worst - "democraticly speaking" - to have a multilateral organism instead of the current unilateral one ?

Finally, the main interest of this debate is to show us it's more than time for the WHOLE "civil society" - and not only the so-called "specialists" or "experts" of ICANN governance - to enter this crucial issue of general interest.
