[WSIS CS-Plenary] Use of these lists

Friends,

In the interests of keeping people's mailboxes light, can I suggest 
the following use of these lists (CT and Plenary).

Any discussion on the content of document should take place in 
the CT list (or the respective caucus list), not on the plenary list.

Documents will be posted on the Plenary list also.  But if you wish 
to comment them, please do so on the CT list only.  Relevant 
comments will be accepted from non-members if you don't wish to 
receive the whole list.  You can also follow the discussion on the 
web archive, if you prefer not to receive it in your mailbox.

Those who are replying to previous messages of discussion on 
content, please check which addresses appear when you use 
"reply all" and delete the plenary list address.
