[WSIS CS-Plenary] Report on 17 July meeting available on prepcom.net

Dear Friends,

Governments this morning began discussion of the draft Action Plan, 
commenting on the general structure of the document.  As of lunchtime, 
governments are waiting for the new version of the Declaration of 
Principles, which should be released at 4pm today.  Reactions and 
discussion of it will take place from 5-7pm today.

Civil society reports on the official intersessional morning session on 
17 July is available at http://www.prepcom.net/wsis. In addion, please 
find notes from the government sub-group meetings that took place last 
night, as well as several new reports, statements and proposals from 
civil society.
