   Announcement :

   After several preliminary versions,
   the site of the thematic Working Group (WG)
   dealing with Patents,Copyrights, Trademarks (P.C.T) is now open at

                            http://www.wsis-pct.org

   This group has been previously known as the IPR group
    ( the site may still be reached at its old URL: www.wsis-ipr.org )
   but the "Intellectual Property Rights" term
    has been avoided on purpose.
   as explained in detail on our site.

   In this context, it is interesting to read the recent article
