  Announcement :

   After several preliminary versions,
   the site of the thematic Working Group (WG)
   dealing with Scientific Information is now open at

                            http://www.wsis-si.org

   The site has been formally openned on June 16,
   the first day of the I3S international
   scientific meeting held in Paris.
                     http://www.mdpi.net/sensors/I3S/

   This working group plans to organize
   WSIS and ICT4D events in relationship
   to Open Access Journals and Open Archives.
