Ralf has uploaded a table version i put together of the Samassekou 
'non-paper' and civil society comments as submitted by sally burch last 
week - it might be useful for those of us going to geneva to take a copy.

I'm assuming the version of the non-paper dated 5th novemeber which is now 
on the ITU site,
