[WSIS CS-Plenary] RE: Coverage of the WSIS Prepcom 3A (10-14 November 2003)

Dear Friends,

As my colleague Kouraich has already informed you, the WSIS Civil 
Society News Centre (http://www.prepcom.net/wsis) will continue 
covering Prepcom III's continued session beginning on Monday November 
10.  For those lucky / unlucky few who will be in Geneva during that 
time, I encourage you to help those who can not be there by 
volunteering to report on particular sessions and sending those reports 
electronically to the plenary list, prepcom.net, and other websites 
covering the summit (i.e. worldsummit2003.de, etc.)

On Sunday afternoon or Monday morning, when we have a better idea of 
the schedule for the coming week, we can assign people to cover 
particular sessions and share their reports with everyone.  To 
volunteer for a slot, just find me in the CICG, email me at 
rikp at bluewin.ch or call me at +41-76-473-3274.

Also, on Wednesday afternoon, I believe Derrick Cogburn's iPC group is 
organizing a webmeeting where people around the world can log-on and 
interact with us in Geneva. So that might be a good opportunity for us 
to share what's happening on the ground in a more interactive format.  
I encourage you to participate in this important venture that I think 
in the longer run will help us operate more effectively and 
transparently.

We've a long road behind us, and a longer road ahead of us....
