[WSIS CS-Plenary] Nomination fever

Following Meryem reminder, we don't have to forget that Mr. Ustumi will have
the last decision. I guess we have to reach a deep and strong consensus
about the names we propose, just in case we have to support our proposal if
Utsumi rejects somebody.

Hi all,

In this nomination fever, please all take into account that, regarding 
the general debate as well as the round-tables, "All nominees should be 
at the very top level of their organizations or entities". I don't know 
exactly to which level this "very top level" extends, but this is 
written in the secretariat recommendations.
