[WSIS CS-Plenary] Opening Speaker nomination: CONGO

Dear Colleagues,

I think it is appropriate that a high-level representative of the 
Conference of NGOs (CONGO) be nominated to speak at one of the December 
plenaries.  The Conference of NGO is the focal point for the NGO family 
on the Bureau and has demonstrated significant leadership on the 
importance of civil society participation in the WSIS process.
