[WSIS CS-Plenary] A_Traore's case

Dear Djilali,

I was only responding to Bill Mciver's request that we inform him if any 
names had been missed from the compilation of  nominations.  Any exclusion 
of Ms Traore's name is surely unintentional, and certainly Bill will be 
rectifying in the compilation that he has put together.
