Hi

Unfortunately, Aminata Traoré wont be available for the opening ceremony.
She has to be in Mali on December 10th. For a very good reason, and I
would say more important than the summit opening : she is going to
launch in Mali a committee for justice and against impunity.

However, I'm pleased to inform you that Aminata will indeed deliver the
keynote speech of the "Communication and Human Rights" session of the
World Forum on Communication Rights, following her invitation by the
Human Rights caucus.
This will happen on December 11th at Palexpo
(www.communicationrights.org).
