[WSIS CS-Plenary] Reminder: Update on Real-Time Virtual CS Update from PrepCom-3a

Dear Colleagues,
 
Just a reminder, for those of you interested in participating in our
real-time virtual civil society update from PrepCom-3a, please join us
online at 4:00 p.m. (Geneva time) by pointing your browser to the
following url:
 
www.cotelco.net/ipcmeeting 
 
We suggest that you click on the "system check" button to get prepared
before the meeting.  You will need speakers in order to hear, a
microphone/sound card if you want to be able to speak, and a webcam if
you want to broadcast your own video (you will be able to receive video
regardless).  As long as you have a minimum of a 28.8 kbps modem
connection, you should be able to participate without too many problems.
The iPC virtual seminar room is limited to 40 so, please come early if
you to be sure you have a seat.
 
If you are physically attending PrepCom-3a, you may join us either
online, or face-to-face in room M2 ITU Montbrilliant Building.  Either
way, we'll "see" you there.
