In Germany the "German Coordiniation Group for WSIS" tried to raise
public attention on WSIS by establishing a press team. We published some
press releases and tried to push interviews with civil society
representatives from the german delegation - but there was only little
response in the media.
We also have a press review with several articles in german and english.
You can have a look at it on
http://www.wsis-koordinierungskreis.de/PresseSpiegel.html

We have the impression that the press coverage will raise short before
and during the summit itself.
The prep. process is well recognized by journalists but not yet
mentioned in most of the papers.

best regards,
Christine
