[WSIS CS-Plenary] URGENT: Information on Fellowships

Hi all
Valeria, this just adds confusion to the situation. Because in my case,
could be because i am from Argentina, but in your case it's impossible. 
And for sure, Valeria is one of the most important persons from Latina
American Caucus, selected to receive a fellowship for WSIS. 
Something is going very bad in all of this i guess.  This could not be
possible. 
I can understand the reasons in my case, but for sure, i will not accept any
reason to reject Valerias's fellowship.

Sounds incredible for me. I am very sorry, but somebody has to explain this.

Valeria, esto  suma confusión a la situación, Porque en mi caso,  podría ser
porque soy argentina, pero en tu caso eso es imposible.
Por cierto, Valeria es una de las perosnas más importantes para el caucus de
América Latina, seleccionada par recibir una beca entre los indispensables
para la CMSI.

Algo está muy mal en todo esto. Esto no debería ser posible.  Puedo entender
las razones de mi caso, pero por supuesto, no voy a aceptar ninguna razón
para rechazar una beca para Valeria. 
Suena increible para mi, disculpen pero esto requiere urgente explicación.

I have also received the notification that I won´t have a fellowship 
either. And I do not have any news in relation to someone receiving 
possitive announcements.
