[WSIS CS-Plenary] Re: suggestion: press strategy list and CS "headquarters"

There are 8 offices fro CS in PALEXPO. This can be shared both by the 
Families. the Caucuses and other groups. One of the offices should be 
THE HQ.  It was not clear whether the offices will be equipped with PC, 
but there are chairs and tables :-)
