Je pense que le texte ne doit porter aucune ambiguïté sur son inscription
dans le cadre de la déclaration des droits de l'Homme.

Il paraît que la Chine refuse toujours même une version minimale.

Il va falloir pousser les Etats à aller plutôt vers la non signature qui
fera plus sens, que de poursuivre vers la formulation de compromis lourde de
conséquences pour les décennies à venir.

En effet il est  possible qu'il n'y ait tout simplement pas de signature de
l a déclaration de principe, car la Chine semble vouloir persister à ne pas
accepter la mention de la déclaration universelle des droits de l'homme dans
le paragraphe 1 et les références spécifiques à quelques uns des articles de
celle-ci dans les paragraphes suivants.
Les arguments développés par la Chine en novembre pendant le prepcom3
extended étaient parfaitement hallucinants... comme sur d'autres aspects
d'ailleurs...
considérant par exemple les femmes (51% de la population) comme un groupe
minoritaire que l'on peut associer aux jeunes et aux personnes vivant avec
un handicap dans un seul paragraphe ???

Les autres points de divergences qui ne sont pas prêts de se régler non plus
apparemment sont évidemment la liberté d'expression des médias et la
gouvernance d'Internet.

La société civile si les états directoriaux ne cèdent pas doit contribuer à
pousser les démocraties à défendre cette pierre angulaire qu'est la
Déclaration des Doits de l'Homme.
