[WSIS CS-Plenary] pls include in mailing

I strongly support Seans proposal,it is important to include more players in our process, its a strengthening point for CS in general. We are inclusive, not like governments!

  I think Karen Banks has forwarded this request to the list, so that we can consider whether Ramin should be added to this list.  In fact, this is a list for civil society WSIS participants (the Virtual Plenary, if you will) but its archives are open to all other who wish to be 'observers' - and that is one possible response to non-civil society requests to join the list.  But I think we should consider a request like this in a serious manner.

  NGLS is an inter-agency entity, not intergovernmental  (it is inter-inter-governmental!)  NGLS is explicitly supportive of civil society and has amongst other matters funded civil society participants to the WSIS and helped to organise meetings etc.  Personally I think we should subscribe Ramin, explainingt he circumstances: i.e. allowing him 'speaking right's  on relevant issues, especially since he identifies himself in each note as from WSIS  

  I hope i understand this request properly!
