[WSIS CS-Plenary] Re: EU/Pan-European/North-American Caucuses

Wolfang and others:

I am a dual canadian and European Union Citizen (Spain), and thus would be
happy to continue to serve at the service of the North American and
European caucus as the focal point on the bureau.

if there any dissenting views, please let us discuss it on the NA/European
list.
