[WSIS CS-Plenary] Who is coming in November?

I am not going to be in Geneva, but I will be attending the European Social 
Forum in Paris, coming fresh from the Media Reform Conference in Madison, WI in 
the US.

Will there be any CRIS activity there?  I'd love being able to check in on 
the latest developments.
