Hi Angela 
There's another problem with id numbers.  The secretary sended them into
.doc documents, propietary format, and  there's a lot of people that do not
open .doc documents.  That crucial information has been sended in
attachments, when all of us know that's much better to include information
in plain text in the body of the e-mails.

There's a lot of people that didn't access to this information because it's
in a .doc
Could we agree on using accesible formats for all.

hay otros problemas además con los números ID:  La secretaría los envió en
documentos .doc, formatos propietarios.  Hay mucha gente que no abre
documentos .doc. Esta información fundamental fue enviada en adjuntos,
cuando todos nosotros sabemos que sería mucho mejor incluir esa información
en texto plano en el cuerpo de los e-mails.

Podríamos acordar el uso de formatos accesibles para todos?

Hi Louise, Alain, Liliane and Claire,

There are a number of requests around accreditation login details and
there's very little time for organisations already accredited to apply for
scholarships considering that the deadline is Oct 25. Why hasn't there been
a response so that people can submit their fellowship applications in time?
I believe these queries have been raised quite a while back.
