[WSIS CS-Plenary] registration for WSIS, December

Lisa,

I think the deadline was only for the fellowships.

I do not think that the travel information is necessary to
complete the registration.

I am a focal point and have successfully registered someone
without that information.

It may also be possible to go back and update the information.
I am not sure though.
