COVERAGE OF PREPCOM 3
CI-DESSOUS EN FRANCAIS /ESPANOL ABAJO 

On the occasion of the PrepCom 3 (15-26 September), the World Forum on Community 
Networking (WFCN) pursues its coverage of WSIS related events by publishing reports 
and news on its portal, the Platform for Community Networks (<http://globalcn.org/>). 
Interactive, collaborative and multilingual, the Platform is intended to facilitate 
the sharing of information among the networks of different linguistic and cultural 
(French, English and Spanish, for the moment), national (in particular between 
networks from Quebec and Canada and the rest of the world), and thematic spaces, 
in order to foster public participation and involvement, above all, in the appropriation 
of ICTs for the purpose of democratic social change.

The WFCN invites you to participate actively to this information gathering by 
submitting your contributions on the PrepCom 3 or on any other topic of the Platform 
to <mailto:web at globalcn.org>.

COUVERTURE DE LA PREPCOM 3

À l'occasion de la PrepCom 3 (15-26 septembre), le Carrefour mondial de l'Internet 
citoyen (CMIC) poursuit sa couverture des événements relatifs au SMSI en publiant 
des comptes rendus et des nouvelles sur son portail, la Plateforme des réseaux 
citoyens (<http://globalcn.org/>). Portail interactif et coopératif plurilingue, 
la Plateforme vise à faciliter l'échange d'information entre les réseaux de différents 
espaces linguistiques et culturels (français, anglais et espagnol pour le moment), 
nationaux (en particulier entre les réseaux québécois et canadiens et le reste 
du monde) et thématiques, afin d'encourager la participation et l'engagement 
citoyen notamment en matière d'appropriation des TIC à des fins de changement 
social démocratique.

Le CMIC vous invite à participer activement à cette mise en commun d'information 
en soumettant vos contributions sur la PrepCom 3 ou sur toute autre thématique 
de la Plateforme à <mailto:web at globalcn.org>.

COBERTURA DE LA PREPCOM 3

Durante la PrepCom 3 (15-26 de septiembre), el Foro mundial del Internet ciudadano 
(FMIC) mantiene su cobertura de los eventos relacionados con la CMSI publicando 
informes y noticias en su portal, la Plataforma de las redes ciudadanas (<http://globalcn.org/>). 
En su calidad de portal interactivo, cooperativo y plurilingüe, la Plataforma 
aspira a facilitar el intercambio de información entre las redes de diferentes 
espacios lingüísticos y culturales (francés, inglés y español por el momento), 
nacionales (en particular entre las redes quebequenses y canadienses y el resto 
del mundo) y temáticos, con el fin de estimular la participación y el compromiso 
ciudadano sobre todo en materia de apropiación de las TIC para fines de cambio 
social democrático. 

Le invitamos a participar activamente a compartir la información, enviando sus 
contribuciones sobre la PrepCom3 o cualquiera de los temas de la Plataforma a
