[WSIS CS-Plenary] PROCESS NOTE II, Tuesday Sept 23

Dear Friends,

This is just to inform you  that the Working Group on the Declaration 
of Principles chaired by Ms. Shope Mafole  at about 10:30pm tonight 
finished consideration of the current draft declaration, with the 
exception of several contentious paragraphs pertaining to internet 
governance, human rights, media, and financing.  Tomorrow, Wednesday, 
September 24, ad hoc groups will meet on specific paragraphs that are 
not completed from 10-11am, to bring fresh recommendations to the 
working group of the whole at 11am, to complete this run-through of the 
Declaration.

Presumably, in the afternoon the Sub-Committee Two will reconvene to 
receive reports on the progress of the working group on the Declaration 
as well as the drafting group on the Action Plan.
