[WSIS CS-Plenary] WSIS Phase 2 -Process to Tunis

Dear all,

I would like to share my thoughts in relation to the Renate message. I 
think this is a very strange decisions in terms of UN processes in my 
sense for the follow reasons at least:

a) Few days for the first prepcom after the summit in Geneva, less than 
as usual to do. It is the same time spend in regional preparatory 
process like Ad Hoc Committee meeting for example as happened recently 
(March) in Chile for Cairo+10.

b) The possible discussion points as Renate sent is too big to discuss 
to reach some consensus in three days if we consider how was the 
previous precoms.

c) There is no reason to produce a political Declaration when there are 
two documents as result of the first phase. A political Declaration 
'without opening the Principles of the Geneva Declaration'. What they 
want of it?

d) The TF and WG which might or not report to PrepComs, if I 
understanding well.

People that are in Genevad do have any idea about what is really happen?
