en français ci-aprés,
Dear Rikp,
Colleagues sent me messages regretting my irrelevant
messages pleadind for translation of messages in 2 or
3 langages so french civile society representatives
and opinion leaders should be able to understand the
challenge, react and contribute...
Today i would like to be positive regarding your
message.
I agree with your idea to prepare the CS participation
for the June PRECOM in Tunisia... I would like to
propose that each North SC organisation represented at
this meeting fund the participation of one
representative from Africa without any condition of
langage speaking, color of the skeen, gouvernance of
the respective government... At such a condition we
can confirm our openess to our colleagues from Africa
and we shall help them to organize theselves and their
countries for a better participation....
And plesa don't reply that the North SC is herself
trying to mobilize resources to found her
participation !
All the best
Djilali
Cher Ripk
participation...
Amitiés
Djilali
