Possibility of co-operation with French Institution.

Laboratory CRITIC
Seek foreign researchers resulting from the following countries:

Arménie, Azerbaïdjan, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kirghizstan, Moldavie,
Tadjikistan, Turkménistan and Ouzbékistan.

The research topics are:

-     Digital divide (economic and politic approach)
- Sciences, technology and Society only in technology of Information and
communication
- Waste in Technology of Information and communication and ecological
product design
- Real market development and specific product for low developed countries.

It can be obtained financing in the conditions following

-  to be old of less than 35 years
- to be citizen of a country of the list   or to be resident permanent
there.

Language can be English or German, but some knowledge of French is waiting
(It is not necessary to speak or to be fluent in French, but you must be
able to live in French and know “basic French for live”)

1) Doctoral  Exchanges

It is obligatorily necessary to be registered in thesis (PHD or equivalent)
in a scientific institution of this contry and to have at least two more
years to carry out.  The duration of the purse is  two years.  The total
duration of the stays abroad must lie between 4 and 8 months during the 2
years of purse.

Granted maximum amount:  16.400 euros over two years.

2) Post-doctoral Exchanges:

To be of a raised scientific level and to have published at least three
scientific articles.

The duration of the purse is  two years.  Granted maximum amount:  20.400
euros over two years
