Good idea - also, the aggregator concept is well recognized now, so
there should even be almost-out-of-the-box software solutions to build a
WSIS blogs aggregator.

I personally think that one person or organization should take
responsibility for maintaining the site and perhaps also for checking
blogs prior to addition - not in terms of censorship, but perhaps in
terms of proper categorization by language, area of interest, etc, and
also to prevent blogspam and/or people who do not blog about WSIS but
might want to add their blog to increase exposure, etc.
