[WSIS CS-Plenary] webcast tour of DDN's disaster relief resource workspace

At noon eastern U.S. time (17:00 GMT, 9:00 California time), we'll start 
a virtual tour of the new Digital Divide Network disaster relief 
community workspace, including its e-conferencing tool, which we'll use 
to conduct the webcast.

To participate, please go to http://www.learningtimes.net/ddnlogin.shtml 
and type in your name; you'll then download the applet that will start 
the webcast. We recommend that you do this at least 15 minutes prior to 
the webcast.
