Raul,
With all due respect, you are addressing two issues with no actual
meaning. There is not anything like "intellectual property", or at
least, there are many different views of it (even in the cold body
of the law). OTOH, there is no such "cybercrime"; there are criminal
activities employing cyber/digital ways and means, but criminal law
is very specific and its principles have been well thought and
remained stable for centuries. If we are going to seriously discuss
these issues (which, IMHO _do_not_ belong to the field of Internet
Governance), please let's avoid marketroid dialect.

As a side note, I strongly support the idea that all the issues
you mention, exception made of interconnection, fall well beyond
the scope of IG. But my position seems to be quite minoritary here :)
