[WSIS CS-Plenary] Info for WSIS Phase 2

Hi Veni and all, 
I guess there's no problem with the acreditation of people that is
already in the process. it's the same acreditation for geneva. but
there's a lot of organizations that don't have that acreditations and
it's iimportant to know how and when will they be able to do that.

Creo que no hay problema con las acreditacioens de quienes están en el
proceso, es la misma acreditación que para Ginebra. Pero hay muchas
organizaciones que no tiene acreditación aún y es muy importante saber
cuándo y cómo será posible que se acrediten
