[WSIS CS-Plenary] global events calendar for WSIS Phase 2

Very good proposal !
But who can help Niger or Burkina Faso or Tchad etc...
to promote a website on the subject to be present in
the debate ! where are these africans, officials and
CS representatives who suggest that NEPAD is resolving
the Digital Divide ? Where are Tunisians in this
debate ?

le Burkina Faso, le tchad etc a promouvoir des sites
web sur le sujet pour être présents dans le débat !
où sont ces africains officiels et représentant de la
société civile qui étaient persuadé que le NEPAD
allait résoudre la fracture numérique ? mais où se
cachent donc les Tunisiens de tunisie et de la dispora
dans ce débat ?
