Dear Rik
If some of CS members are to attend this meeting they will partcipate in any
way to the views exchanged. Such a high level meeting cannot be but official
and hence a risk that some CS participants opinions expressed during it are
considered as "official" by the organisators  ... especially if they are "in
the good (official) direction".

Si certains membres de la SC vont à cette réunion, ils participeront de
toute manière à l'échange de vues. Une réunion à si haut niveau ne peut être
qu'officielle, d'où un risque que les points de vue de participants de la SC
exprimés au cours de celle-ci soient tenus comme "officiels" par les
organisateurs  ... en particulier s'ils se situent "dans la bonne direction"
(l'officielle).

Hi Meryem,

My understanding is that this is just an open invitation for groups to
participate and share information from their own caucuses and working
groups.  I don't think it is intended to be comprehensive nor
"official."
