[WSIS CS-Plenary] Re: conditions for CS participation

Dear Myriam, Jean Louis, Ryk and all
I support the comment of Myriam and Jean Louis. It is
time to take the time to decide how to process in the
future. Those who are well known and experimented by
the first Phase (Geneva) must propose names and
mechanism for provisory representativity of SC. For
the Tunis phase we do need to equilibrate the
representativity regarding the languages (in minimum
the UN official working languages and so the
respective SC especially in the South will be better
informed and involved in the preparation of the
Summit.
We must do something to make the representative of
Africa more present and more efficient in the
preparation and the tenue of the Summit in Tunis.
What is doing the SC Bureau if it is functionning ?
Why is it ne capable to mobilize ressources from
Francophonie, France or Canada to unsure the
traduction of messages ?

j'appuie les commentaires de Myriam et de Jean Louis,
et il serait temps de prendre le temps de réfléchir et
de proposer des noms et des mécanismes pour
représenter dès cette phase la SC, même
provisoirement. 
Il me tient tout particulièrement à coeur que les
langues officielles onusiennes de travail soient
équitablement représentées dans le groupe à désigner
ainsi les SC notamment du Sud de ces langues seront
mieux informées et mieux impliquées.
Que fait le Bureau de la SC s'il existe toujours ?
pourquoi ne mobilise t-il pas des moyens au près de la
francophonie, de la france ou du canada pour assurer
la traduction des messages ?
Nous devrions faire le nécessaire pour que la SC
africaine puisse être davantage présente et active
dans la préparation et da
