[WSIS CS-Plenary] Re: conditions minima for CS participation in Tunis

Saludos en Espania Beatriz,
Beatriz, Myriam, Jean Louis et les autres collègues et
amis.
Nous devrions agir vite et proposer des solutions pour
que la société civile soit informée dans sa diversité
(les langues et aussi dans ses moyens d'accès à
l'information et a la communication).
Essayons d'être imaginatifs et entreprenant et
proposons des solutions audacieuses pour que plus
jamais l'humiliation de Genève où il fallait mendier
en mauvais anglais un badge pour assister en
observateurs en fin de salle, bien aprés les
représentants des opérateurs privés, aux travaux des
plenières ! 
Qui de nos représentants de la SC n'a pas fait le
travail nécessaire ou n'a pas osé mettre le holla au
pépris et à l'humiliation !
Les choses doivent changer avant Tunis, commençons dès
à présent.

Dear Beatriz, Myriam jean Louis and others colleagues
and friends, 
We do must propose as rapidly as possible solutions to
meet the needs of SC in her diversity in languages and
in means to access to the information and
communications means.
Let's be imaginatif and efficient in proposing
ambitious solutions so the affront and humiliation the
SC lived in Geneva will not be possible in the future.
Humiliation when the SC must beg organizators to get a
pass to assist as observer at the back of private
operator representatives in the officials meetings.   

Who among our representatives has did not totally or
not his job consisting in defending and protecting the
SC honnor and dignity.
Things must move before Tunis if we want a recognized
and respected CS if you aim a strong and respected CS.
