I see the practical side of the problem. And as long as the Tunis March meeting discusses - as announced - mainly formalities, this is quite okay. One practical arrangement for CS could be to have a "troika" as spokespersons (nominated by CT, P and B)on behalf of CS, so that other stakeholders have a "contact point". The "troika" could rotate from PrepCom to PrepCom.

Just a proposal. Can be discussed online and in the Geneva meeting end of February.
